Other states are in process of being converted. There are certain records that are not online and the link will not be there. Philadelphia City/County, Pennsylvania is not online. Other type of records are covered, but unfortunately not for Jefferson County, New York Guardianships which is not online.
As each state(s) is updated, notice will be posted first at "SAMPUBCO Genealogy" (see below)
Certain counties and states may require you to have free FamilySearch account first. Example: Kings County, New York and statewide Maryland.

Still need good quality paper or image copies? - just look for "Order Clean and Trimmed Scanned or Paper copy of record?" on each and every list page. Cost is very nominal. It covers, contrast, resizing, cropping and alignment (to make image straight) and paging.
